General information
The aim of Bestok Kinnisvara OÜ project is the development of the plot Apametsa in Harku municipality near Tallinn city. The whole area is 116 710 m2. According to the detailed planning on Apametsa residential area will be built 19 row houses (altogether 86 separate apartments) and 4 apartment buildings (112 flats). 14 land plots with the area from 1994 up to 2201 m2 will be sold for individual building. In Apametsa there will be all conveniences: central water system, central sewerage system, natural gas, drainage, electricity. Illumination and asphalt surfacing are planned on the streets. There will be connection links, internet and tele-communications.

Development area lies approximately 3 km from Tallinn city between Rannamõisa str. and Liiva str.

There are four big plots for construction of row houses.

- The plot № 16 with the area 5670 m2 - according to detailed planning two 2-storeyed row houses with common area for building 1800 m2 are permitted to build. One house will have 6 and the other one 5 separate apartments, altogether 11 separate apartments. 22 parking places.

There are projects of row houses which are approved by Harku municipality. Projects are executed by known architectural bureau Palm-E Arhitektibüroo OÜ. According to responses it is modern, original projects which answer the wishes of the most exacting clients. The total area of one separate apartment is varied from 140 up to 161 м2.
Residential land for apartment buildings (Pällo IX)
There are two plots for construction of apartment buildings.
