General information
The aim of Bestok Kinnisvara OÜ project is the development of the plot Küünisaare in Rae municipality near Tallinn city. The whole area is 39 700 m2. According to the detailed planning on Küünisaare residential area will be built 5 row houses (altogether 24 separate apartments). 15 land plots with the area from 1200 up to 1378 m2 will be sold for individual building. Communications: central water system, central sewerage system, electricity, drainage. Illumination and asphalt surfacing are planned on the streets. There will be connection links, internet and tele-communications. Bestok Kinnisvara OÜ will take part in building of kindergarden.
Around are private houses, the good asphalted roads. Up to the river Pirita only 300 m. the Good transport service with Tallinn city. Near is a bus stop.

Conditions of buying
The plot price contain the plot, connection with central water system, central sewerage system, electricity (3x16A) and drainage, roads with asphalt surfacing, illumination. All communications will be build up to the border of the plot.
